Today, we’re heading for Bluewater, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. Situated in a triangle, there are countless shops and restaurants… and again on a second level.

We meet Peter, Caroline and Jack for lunch at Wahaca, our favourite Mexican restaurant. We order several small plates to share – this is how you do it in here. It’s tasty as always.

Then, we’re back to business. We continue looking around until the evening hours…. but withholding ourselves from buying too much.

Before driving back to the hotel, we have dinner at TGI Friday’s. Gabi orders a pretzel and cheese dip and sliders with meatballs and tomato sauce, while I indulge in a plate of ribs and chips.

We’re too stuffed to take the usual Ed’s milkshake with us… we’ll have plenty of other possibilities in London for that.
