We go on another shopping trip today, to Oxford Street. We make good progress and arrive at Selfridges soon. You could spend a whole day in this department store alone!

But we advance well in here and soon find ourselves on the top floor having lunch. From all the variety of food on offer we choose…

After four hours, we need to move the car but find another parking spot opposite Selfridges right away. 🙂

So we continue on our way from store to store. We didn’t take pictures. Imagine more and more bags and a wallet that constantly gets thinner. 😉

For dinner, we try our luck again at Dishoom’s Carnaby place… and get a table right away! At least a table outside in front of the restaurant. It’s not really pleasant as the weather is uncertain and – given that it’s a Friday evening in England – there are lots of blokes around us drinking and yelling. At least the Indian food is good (not great but good).

After dinner, we head back to the hotel. And are happy about our parking spot in the backyard. In spite of having to wait for someone to come and open the gate, the car’s well protected in here.

In our room, we treat ourselves to the cupcakes we bought earlier. 🙂
