Man merkt sofort, dass die Angestellten richtig fest Spass an ihrer Arbeit haben und es f\u00fcr sie nicht einfach irgendetwas ist, um Geld zu verdienen. Unser Kellner ist wirklich Italiener und begeistert mit seinem s\u00fcdl\u00e4ndischen Charme alle G\u00e4ste. Das Essen ist dann auch wirklich k\u00f6stlich &#8211; etwas vom besten, das ich je in einem Restaurant gegessen habe. Wir teilen uns die Fleischplatte, eine Brotauswahl, frittierte Pilze und knusprige Polenta-Chips als Vorspeise, bevor Gabi und ich die Spaghetti Bolognese essen, Caroline B\u00fcffel-Ricotta-Ravioli. Gleich nebenan wird das Brot geschnitten, und daneben stellt der Chefkoch neue Pasta her, w\u00e4hrend wir aufs Dessert warten.
