After doing everything on our list yesterday – rollercoasters, shops and restaurants in Disneyland Paris – we rather drive home early. Before, we stop by a huge shopping center at Val d’Europe near the park to stock up on food for the trip home… another boring, wishy-washy sandwich. I thought the French could do this better.

Thanks to a toll motorway with few traffic, we make good progress and cross the border with Switzerland after five hours already. Shortly after 5pm, we arrive back at home in Lyss. We drove almost 2.000 miles in total – brave New Beetle!

Unpacking. One of our big travel bags is fully packed with delicious English food that isn’t available in Switzerland, the other one with clothes. Plus some pastic bags full of gifts. Yay!
