In Cardiff in Wales, we visit the Doctor Who Experience. Doctor Who is a British Science Fiction series more or less unknown in Switzerland. The experience starts with a show in which our group helps to land the Tardis and find energy crystals in different Doctor Who set-ups to save the Earth. Then, it’s the museum part with lots of screen-used costumes, Daleks and other villains from the series.

After a quick lunch at KFC, we continue to explore the Mermaid Quay area with its impressive Wales Millennium Centre, an art centre for opera, ballet, dance, comedy and musicals.

Getting to Bristol afterwards again means standing in heavy traffic. Finally arrived, we have a Pizza Hut pizza and go to bed early as this hotel’s WiFi is too slow for anything else.
